Alicia Smith
Founding Partner
Alicia began her career as an Assistant Public Defender in Kane County and transitioned to Champaign County where she handled various criminal misdemeanors and felony traffic matters. Alicia received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois and her Juris Doctorate from Northern Illinois University College of Law. Having developed an allegiance to public service and passion for justice in early adolescence, Alicia anchors her representation style to not only exhibiting compassion and empathy, but also by recognizing the power of redemption.
Aaron Wiener
Partner
Aaron focuses his practice in the area of criminal defense and corporate law. He represents clients facing charges ranging from misdemeanors to orders of protection to Class X felonies, and everything in between. Additionally, Aaron’s background in business law and civil litigation provides a comprehensive perspective for defending, negotiating, and resolving various criminal and corporate matters. Aaron received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law.
